Last week was rough. Its seems that lately, we recover from one episode of crazy events only to enter another! Daddy was finally moving around after knee surgery a bit and recovering well, mommy was NOT recovered from it all, and then the basement flooded, again. Yikes.
Thankfully G & G Rader came to our rescue! Im so thankful for hardworking, generous in-laws.

The kids jumped in and got their hands dirty,
and then were content to take a sunny day retreat....
Even our sweet student Li pitched in! He enthusiastically offered to mow the lawn do the trimming in addition to hauling awkward things from the basement. A true sign he is part of the family!
Sadly, my two Christmas bins were victims to the latest flood. Grandma washed many an ornament, in between playing with the kiddos.
