Playroom banner

I just finished a fun little project I've been wanting to do for some time. I saw a cloth flag banner in some high-end catalog awhile back and thought it would make the playroom more festive. I also thought it would be something I could use for celebrations such as birthdays etc. -a decoration that doesnt get thrown away, and that signals for everyone, "Its time to celebrate!"

So on Friday, my mother-in-law let me take advantage of her immense fabric selection and helped me get started. I used bias tape to connect them and hung them last night. It really does make the room carnival-like! Now on to the curtains....
