Simply Saturday

We love Saturdays around here, love them. Especially Saturdays when we dont actually have to be anywhere at any certain time, and dont have any particular projects in mind. This Saturday was such a day. We slept in (7:10 am!), headed to a north Indy local joint for breakfast, and enjoyed a late morning stroll to the library for new mid-winter reading material. Later in the day AJ took Jonas to his first basketball game over at Butler University....and he loved every minute. We weren't sure J would sit too long, but with a ball in play, a rowdy crowd, a dog for a mascot, and lots of popcorn, he was in heaven. I took advantage of a quiet house, turned up Emmylou Harris, and mopped the kitchen and bathroom floors before cracking my newly checked out book. A simple day welcomed and enjoyed fully.
